Well this is pretty exciting. The Original Factory Shop are holding an event over the next two weeks (28th June – 7th July) called “A Summer Of Beauty” where you can get up to 70% off of some big beauty and fragrance brands. Some real fabulous brands are included such as Elizabeth Arden, Calvin Klein, Clarins, L’oreal, Rimmel, Sanctuary Spa, OPI, Carruti and many more! I don’t think I’d ever been in one of these stores before hearing about this event so it came as a surprise to me too. The general vibe of the shop reminds me of B&M, a store that sells a bit of everything at a discounted price.
Elizabeth Arden Visible Difference Cream RRP £30 / TOFS price £15
I was kindly given a gift card to treat myself in this event so I took myself down to the Shirehampton store in Bristol. If you’re reading this and are also in Bristol, there are also stores in Staple Hill and Nailsea! They’re also dotted all over the UK and you can find your closest store here to get your beauty fix. My aim with the purchases was to find products to be able to create a high quality makeup and nail look. By shopping at TOFS, you don’t have to break the bank to look fabulous!
To create a makeup look with, I grabbed a Technic bronze eyeshadow palette perfect to use for Summer. Aswell as the W7 Forever Lashes mascara in ultra black and a Rimmel Lasting Finish lipstick in the shade Starry-Eyed. Then I couldn’t resist an OPI polish at that price so I picked the most glittery one I could find which was the shade “my voice is a little norse”.
I had a small amount of money left on the gift card after, so seeing as everyone loves a pamper and it is a beauty event… I found a gorgeous Baylis and Harding luxury bath soak with the scent jojoba, silk and almond oil for a third off of the normal price. And I couldn’t resist a Lemon Verbena hand cream from Wrights Apothecary for just over £1. It smells like Summer in a tube and the packaging is so gorgeous!
This is a quick look I created with the products I bought, I used the Technic palette on my cheeks aswell as my eyes as the glow it gave off was so lovely. Such a diverse little palette for only £3!
Using the “BLOGGER10” discount code that all of you readers will be pleased to hear gets you an EXTRA 10% off your beauty purchases instore, all six of these items came to £14.62. This works out at an average of £2.45 per product! Adding up the RRPs of each product, on the high street, this little haul would’ve come to around the £35 mark. So shopping at TOFS saved me well over 50% of the price.
The Original Factory Shop are offering so many fabulous brands at such good prices that you’d be silly to miss out on this event. Get yourself down to “A Summer Of Beauty” and find your new Summer look. And don’t forget to use the code “BLOGGER10” for an extra 10% off of your beauty purchases!
