Oh hey, MOREbath stuff, what a surprise. Today from a lovely small handmade brand called “Bath Bake Love” and there’s something fabulously different about their products. They’re another brand that I recently found on Instagram and fell in love with, I feel like I’d spend a lot less money if I wasn’t on Instagram…
Bath Bake Love kind of market their products like they are in fact baking ingredients, Sara (the owner of this beaut brand) encourages you to mix the products together to make your own “bath cocktail” which I think is a super cute and yummy idea! With whips, melts, shower icing and cake soaks you’re fully spoilt for choice on their website.
They also bring out seasonal products and I purchased 2 out of 3 of these products from the autumnal range “Cosy Bakes” so unfortunately they’re currently not for sale BUT they do have their fabulous new Christmas products out! I especially love the sound of the “Merlot Bath Wine” and the “Tippled Fudge Bath Cream” which I really want to get my mitts on at some point.
The products I bought were the Snow Brownie Bath Cream, Pumpkin Spice Bubble Latté and the Chocolate Truffle Cake Soak.
The Snow Brownie Bath Cream (£5.95) was described as having a white chocolate and marzipan scent which honestly sounds like heaven in a pot to me. You can use the bath creams as a foamy body cleanser, a luxurious shaving cream or as a creamy bubble bath. Trying it out as all three I’ve got to say my favourite way to use it was as a shaving cream as it just felt so luxurious and left my legs feeling silky smooth afterwards. I’d also say this one is the best value for money as the product lasts the longest!
The Pumpkin Spice Bubble Latté (£5.95) is very crumbly, powdery and spicy. The smell is super strong and is certainly not for those who are on the fence about the pumpkin spice scent/flavour as it hits with you with full force upon opening. This also contains hints of ginger and coffee beans to aid circulation and detox the body and epsom salts for that relaxing addition to the tub.
Last but not least, the Chocolate Truffle Cake Soak(£3.95) is smaller in size but no means smaller in effectiveness. This one is a pack of bath salts and literally smells like some sort of chocolate frosting, you pop it in after you’ve ran the bath and it melts away and releases a gorgeous, sweet aroma. They also have a few other tempting scents in the cake soak which I am DYING to try out, particularly the “Creamy Cappuccino”.
I used all three products in one bath and here is the result:
Bubbly, spicy goodness!
Have you tried anything from Bath Bake Love before? If not, have I tempted you to!?
