Bomb Cosmetics Haul Part 1!

Bomb Cosmetics Haul Part 1!

Hey everyone! Hope you’ve all been enjoying the recent sun as much as I have.

First things first, I’m going to do this post in two halves as I decided to treat myself with my birthday money and buy A LOT of stuff which will get lost and be unappreciated in one post so I’m going to split it into two so these products can get the loving they deserve!

I have been SO excited to write about these products ever since I laid my eyes on the Bomb Cosmetics site. I’ve had my eye on it for so god damn long but with there being an endless list of products I wanted to try, my bank being drained of funds and the fact that if you spent a certain amount you got freebies, I decided it was best to wait until I had enough to buy a whole load at once so I could get said freebies and (excuse the pun) drown in a sea of fabulous bath products.

I am such a huge sucker for a nice bath, I don’t think there are many things more relaxing and soothing than coming home from a crappy, rainy or long day and getting into a nice warm, colourful, sweet-smelling bath. It’s such a nice feeling to lie there and have time to yourself, to simmer over your thoughts or to just close your eyes and enjoy the peace. And whats better to do that with than bath products that are full of essential oils, shea/cocoa butter and some extra little surprises?

ANYWAY, my delivery came in a pink box, i haven’t got a photo of it as my name and address are slap bang on the front of it but it was a pretty cute box with ‘Bomb Cosmetics, It makes scents’ on it (I like what they did there). Here is how it was packaged:

One word, FUNKY. I’m such a hoarder so I’m definitely keeping these foam things to re-use for someones birthday present sometime.

After taking all the foam bits out and admittedly doing a bit of product re-arranging to make it look more aesthetically pleasing and able to see everything, here is my not so little box of joy!

I’ll be briefly telling you about half the products I purchased in this post and then doing separate posts in the near future once I’ve had a chance to try the products properly to get a true reflection when I can write an honest and accurate review.

Raspberry Shower Butter / £7.99

IMG_3128I. LOVE. THIS. Raspberry is one of my favourite smells in the world, if you’ve read my ‘Top 10 The Body Shop Products’ you’ll know that their raspberry shower gel is one of my absolute favourites but this is on a whole new level. It smells kind of like raspberry ripple ice cream and contains Palma Rosa essential oil which is fabulous for anyone with eczema and hydrating the skin and Bergamot essential oil which is super relaxing and is known to help relieve headaches.

Freedom of Peach Face Wash / £7.99 (Free when you spend over £35)

Peach is another scent I’m head over heels in love with so when I found out you get this face wash for complete free with a big order, I was pretty ecstatic. I’m usually reluctant to try new face washes as I swear by my The Body Shop Seaweed one but I had no choice, how could I not try a freebie that smelt so good!? The scent of it is Peach and Jojoba so it is quite subtle but I don’t personally believe you should put too heavily fragranced products on your facial skin anyway! The more natural the better.

Chocolate Ballotin Box / £13.99
Despite being more of a savoury rather than sweet lover, this jumped out at me as it looked super adorable. You get 6 bath melts in it so they only work out at £2.30 each, they are a little smaller than I expected but hopefully they’ll be super creamy and luxurious once I get a chance to use them! In this box you get…

Vanilla Bath Creamer
Chocolate Orange Bath Creamer
Coffee Mocha Bath Meltz
Chocolate Bath Mallow
Double Choc Chip Bath Gem
Chocolate Buttercup

I’m most excited for the Chocolate Orange and Coffee Mocha as they’re my favourite flavours out of them all! I’m an absolute sucker for orange chocolate in every way, shape or form and a Mocha is my favourite kind of coffee! They all contain Cocoa Butter too which you can never go wrong with to make your skin feel deeply nourished aswell as essential oils such as lavender, geranium, ylang ylang and many more for your body to soak up.

Ripple-licious Butter Loop / £2.09

How cute is this little guy!? It’s like a teeny little pink donut, this has actually inspired me to attempt to make little cakes like this as they’d be adorable and perfectly bite-sized. I adore the colour contrast on it aswell, it reminds me of bubblegum sweets! I can’t actually seem to find this on the site currently, I’m assuming its temporarily out of stock which is a good sign as it must be popular! By the name you can tell it’s packed full of cocoa butter and it contains magnolia essential oil which is an anti-anxiety remedy, said to be an ‘intoxicating aphrodisiac’ (saucy) and is also used to enhance wellbeing and increase confidence in emotional aromatherapy.

Chasing Rainbows Bath Mallow / £2.99

Another super adorable one, It was originally the cute little rainbow that drew me in, also the fact that pride is taking place all around the UK at the moment and the Bristol one is coming up on the 8th July! This one has glitter in aswell as patchouli essential oil which is a natural antiseptic so will help reduce spots and odours and also clary sage essential oil which treats acne and dandruff so this would be the perfect bath product for someone with sensitive and spot prone skin.

Love Birds Gift Pack / £14.99 (Free when you spend over £45)
The first thing I noticed about this is it would be such a perfect little gift to give to someone, it’s wrapped so perfectly and delicately and is full of cute little surprises! Perfect for any bath lover or just a general lover of cute things. You’re saving 57p by buying these products in the gift pack which isn’t an overwhelming saving but if you wanted all these products anyway then why not get them in an adorable box!
In this box you get…
My Fair Lady Brûlée
Love Cloud Soap
Love Note Mallow
Raspberry Diva Creamer

Tweetie Pie Blaster

I’m most excited for the “Raspberry Diva Creamer” as we all know by now i love raspberry but the “Tweetie Pie Blaster” is definitely the most aesthetically pleasing one out of them all! These are again all full of luxurious cocoa butter and essential oils such as lavender, mandarin and rosemary.

Last but not least I have a little mystery product that I will be doing a mini review on at some point in the coming week over on my Instagram @blacktulipbeauty so give me a follow over there so you don’t miss out!! If you enjoyed my Mojito review or like citrus-y smells then I have a feeling you’ll love this one! Here is a picture of the packaging it came in…
