Jolly Jelly And Ghoulish Goodies From Bomb Cosmetics!

14th September 2018

Hey everyone!

Look who’s back with yet MORE new Bomb Cosmetics releases. They are banging out so many fabulous new things and my god am I loving it. The latest additions to the site are some jelly themed products. Sound intriguing? When conversing with the lovely PR Tara about the parcel heading my way, I was very excited to receive these as in all honesty I didn’t know what to expect. As always, I was pleasantly surprised by the new additions to the site and Bomb Cosmetics ever-growing catalogue of hand-made wonders.

Princess Peach Jelly Candle // £15.99

Okay so firstly, the colours of this are perfect for the Autumnal season. I’m such a sucker for oranges and reds and the warm tones of this product make it a great addition for the home at this time of year. I’m assuming it’s named after the famous Nintendo princess as the description of it on the website says “this damsel in distress rewards her rescuers with ripe peachy perfume”. The word perfume really describes the scent so well as it’s not your generic peach smell. It’s really quite feminine, fruity and floral which is a nice change from the normal sickly sweet peach you often find in cosmetic products.

These are a bit more expensive than any of Bombs usual candles but they have a massive burn time of up to 50 hours aswell as really quite a cool jelly effect on the top. From what I can tell so far, the scent throw of these are a lot stronger than the general candles, too.

Jelly Baby Soap // £2.99

How cute is this guy!? As it’s quite a soft and semi-transparent product, I couldn’t seem to get very great photos of it unfortunately. You can rest assured knowing I think it looks super adorable though. It’s about the size of a regular hand and I’ve never seen a soap quite like it which is obviously a good thing. Bomb Cosmetics are always coming up with cute and unique new products and this little fella would be so much fun for children to use!

Bomb Cosmetics soaps, much like all their products, are made to be milder and kinder to the skin so they’d be absolutely fine for younger ones. For some reason, I got quite a subtle citrusy scent from this but the website states that it’s actually rose and geranium. Maybe I’m going a little mad but I’d definitely describe it quite a warm but fresh and fruity scent.

Halloween Goodies

So this one isn’t jelly related but there are NOW Halloween products on the site. HOW EXCITING IS THAT?! I’ll be honest, I don’t get that hyped for Halloween itself as I have skulls and scary things up in my room all year round. The thing I do get excited for though is being able to go into shops and enhance my room decor, aswell as buying spooky bath and body bits! Here I’ve got the Jack-O-Lantern blaster and it is pure warm spice. I left this product in its packaging in my little blogging room for a few hours and the entire room was filled with the scent. It’s also covered in glitter, what more could you want?!

Have you picked up any of Bomb Cosmetics newbies or are you yet to do a haul?

  1. What cool products! I’ve never used bomb cosmetics before but they look quite special. I love that they are handmade and all natural. My kids would love the jelly baby soap and I think the candle is a decent price for 50 hours burn time. I love peach scents so will have to take a look on their website.

All the autumn vibes!!!! That’s so interesting that they names it after Princess Peach; I loved playing the games on my Gamecube when I was younger! The Jelly Baby Soap looks like an actually gummy bear like wow now I’m in the mood for a gummy snack haha.

By me, they’ve started selling Halloween things in stores since August and I keep thinking it’s too soon for Halloween stuff but now it’s September I think it’s more acceptable to see Halloween things in store!

I nearly thought that the Jack-O-Lantern blaster was a bath bomb haha! I haven’t heard of Bomb Cosmetics before but it sounds like such a cute online store!

I was looking through Bomb Cosmetics website recently and saw the new candles and was like one of every please! I love peaches, and I do have to agree with you about the autumnal look. I’m not going to lie, I didn’t notice the little soapy guy in your main picture until you started talking about him. He is too cute to use, and looks super proud of himself haha. I have some birthday money coming soon, and I think I’m going to have to buy a few new candles. Thank you for sharing!

fruity floral peach sounds pretty good to me! That jelly baby soap looks adorable, why wasn’t bomb cosmetics around when I were younger??? I love the Jack-O-Lantern blaster, I do really want to try it, I just don’t want to make a purchase from Bomb Cosmetics yet as I am waiting for my loan and for more Christmas bombs so I might miss out on the little guy! Great post, I need to try other products from Bomb Cosmetics, not just the bath bombs, even though they are pretty amazing! xx
