First off, I just wanna say thank you to everyone who read/commented/gave me any feedback on my last post as it is the most views and engagement I’ve ever had! Me and Jake really enjoyed doing it and hopefully there’ll be another on the horizon soon! If you haven’t yet read it, here it is!
So I was thinking about my favourite makeup brands the other day and realised I haven’t created a post raving about just how much I love the brand ‘Morphe Brushes’ eyeshadow palettes yet! They are very popular but I still know so many people that have never heard of or tried their products. Admittedly I only have 2 of their palettes but I could NOT recommend either of them more.
The first palette I invested in was the popular and well-loved 35O.
Full of reds, golds and all those sultry autumnal shades, I was skeptical as to whether they would even suit me but I fell in love on first application. I’m definitely more of a shimmery eyeshadow kind of gal, I find them a lot easier to work with and personally think they add a lot more depth to my face than mattes do as I have such small eyes. I still find myself using some of the matte browns in this palette if i’m having a lazy day, as a transition shade or as under-eye shades to bring a look together. Here are a few looks I’ve done with the 350:
After being such an avid user of this palette and barely making a dent in it, I thought investing in another one with some different colours would be a good idea as I wanted to branch out with the looks I was doing. All the palettes I already had just weren’t living up to the pigmentation and blend-ability of my Morphe one anymore resulting in me just not really wanting to use them! Admittedly, I still barely use them, a lot of them are just nice to look at haha!
I then spotted the absolutely gorgeous 35F palette but of course as everyone knows, as soon as popular Morphe palettes come into stock, they go straight back out again so I did a sneaky and sent my boyfriend a link for their restock date and surprise surprise it was in my pile of presents on Christmas day!
The 35F holds more pinky, purple, rose gold and frosty shades. As the 35O is perfect for Autumn, I’d say the 35F is an awesome Winter palette due to the finish of a lot of the shadows. The formula again is just fabulous, so creamy, so easy to apply and barely any fall out meaning they’ll last you forever. At just £22 a palette on beauty bay for 35 shades you can’t really go wrong with these, in my opinion they are just perfect for any level of expertise and are so, so worth the money! Here are a few 35F looks:
I’d love to invest in a few of their liquid lipsticks soon as well as their bronzer palette and some of their brushes as if they’re half as good as their eyeshadows, I’m sure I will be delighted! They’re definitely up there in my top 5 favourite makeup brands.
If you haven’t yet got yourself a Morphe palette then I seriously would recommend getting one as soon as you can, they have SO many different kinds to suit anyones eyeshadow needs and at such brilliant prices and quality too.
Do you have any Morphe palettes or products? What is your favourite and what would you recommend?
’TIl next time,
